Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and complete product quotations and technical proposals
• Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and plans to determine product scope and bills of materials
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and delivered within bid deadlines
• Liaise between customers, outside sales representatives, and manufacturing teams
• Support order review, contract requirements, and drawing submittals
• Resolve customer complaints and issues through proper documentation and follow-up
• Track project status, lead times, and expedite requests
• Identify opportunities for add-on sales and custom product solutions
• Perform additional duties aligned with sales and application engineering support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related discipline
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
• Preferred experience in inside sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with inventory control or ERP systems such as AS400 or JD Edwards, is an advantage
