Application Developer Java vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain software solutions with a primary focus on Back End Java development
• Contribute to the enhancement of investment services, including regulatory reporting and corporate actions, within an Agile Release Train following SAFe and SCRUM methodologies
• Participate in DevOps activities, ensuring the smooth operation and further evolution of services
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team and engage with various technical and business stakeholders
• Support integration and improvements in eBanking and investment/tax reporting functionalities

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java software development (Back End focused) with strong understanding of Front End development
• Proficiency with Java development tools, Spring, SQL, JDBC, Oracle DB, and Linux
• Experience with Angular/TypeScript is desirable
• Solid IT education background
• Language skills: German

• Excellent analytical and quick learning abilities
• Open, communicative and strong team collaborator
• High motivation and willingness to handle both development and operational (DevOps) tasks
