We provide end-to-end IT solutions and services including Applications services, Data & Analytics services, AI/ML Technologies and Professional services in the UK and EU market.

Location

London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Integrate automations with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing automations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards while developing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and RPA features, advising the team on best practices and new opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven ability to integrate Power Automate workflows with third-party systems and applications.
• Solid understanding of automation lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2 days per week onsite in London).

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for UI-based automation.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python for advanced automation needs.
• Experience in API integration (REST, SOAP) for connecting diverse systems.
• Familiarity with AI Builder or other AI/ML tools to enhance automation capabilities.
• Exposure to the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
