Application Developer - AWS Cloud Full Stack

Location: London, UK (Remote)
Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Eligibility: Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer - AWS Cloud Full Stack to join a UK public sector programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure, accessible, and user-centred digital solutions using modern cloud technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in full-stack application development.
• Extensive experience developing accessible Front End applications with WCAG compliance.
• Hands-on experience with NHS Front End Toolkit.
• Proven experience delivering solutions within the UK public sector using GDS standards.
• Strong experience with Server Side rendered Front End development.
• Commercial experience developing applications using Django.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with user-centred design approaches.
• Experience with:
  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
  • Pair programming/Mob programming
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering secure solutions within regulated environments.
