API Integration Senior Specialist

In this role

To support our continued growth, we're looking for an API Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in London. You'll play a key role in helping our clients integrate SecuTix into their IT ecosystem and get the most out of our solutions. You will report directly to the Regional Technical Manager in charge of the overall technical integration projects for the company.

Main responsibilities Lead Integration Projects

• Manage client integration projects end to end (CRM, CDP, accounting exports, online sales, SSO, etc.) - On time, within scope, and with top quality
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients
• Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with project team to configure and tailor the platform to each client's needs.

Document and Share Knowledge

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, tool guides, and troubleshooting resources
• Enrich our internal knowledge base by documenting best practices, recurring issues, and proven solutions
• Lead internal training sessions to strengthen the team's technical understanding of our SaaS platform.

Provide Technical Expertise and Support

• Act as the go-to expert for all integration topics for our clients and teams
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle of integration projects
• Quickly diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to third-party integrations.

Your profile

• Junior technical project management role or API integration role with the ambition to work in a client facing role
• Solid technical background. Experience with SaaS solutions is a plus
• Excellent command of REST APIs - including design, calls, authentication, and debugging - and proficiency with related tools such as Postman, Swagger, cURL, etc.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Team player with curiosity, adaptability, and a hands-on attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English, French proficiency is a plus.
