Description

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports as required.
• Monitor and improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Provide support for any additional accounting and finance tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful AP Specialist should have:

• A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial processes.
• Previous experience using Dynamics 365 is necessary for this role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
