Location: Exeter or Weston (Hybrid working available)
Contract: 37 hours per week Temporary until September 2026
Pay Rate: £20.75 per hour
Join a Team That Makes a Difference We're looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases and delivering effective enforcement solutions.
Key Responsibilities ️ Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
️ Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
️ Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
️ Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
️ Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
️ Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.
What We're Looking For ️ Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
️ Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
️ Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
️ Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
️ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
