The RoleAs the Ancillaries Marketing Lead, you will define and deliver the end to end marketing strategy for easyJet's ancillary products. Your mission is to ensure ancillaries are core, compelling products that attract customers, drive repeat purchases, and unlock profitable revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports new and existing ancillary propositions throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements of the Role What we're looking for- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital, CRM, e commerce or multi channel activations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in building business cases and evaluating performance
- Confident leader with the ability to operate in a fast changing environment
- Minimum 7 years working at a manager level in marketing, with a strong digital, CRM, e commerce or retail background
- Up to 20% bonus

This is a full time role. We support hybrid working and we spend time together as a team at both our Luton HQ and our agency offices in London.
