Ancillaries Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company's ancillary product offering, including baggage, seat selection, fare upgrades, flexibility options, travel insurance, and any other product the company may choose to commercialise.
• Project development and management: coordinate and collaborate with other departments to develop new products, align pricing strategies, etc.
• Analysis and review of existing products: pricing adjustments, revenue evolution analysis.
• Coordination with partner airlines: strategic alignment, research on new products, among other initiatives.
• Reporting: revenue performance and actions to the Group and the Management Committee.
• Contract monitoring and follow-up with external suppliers.
