Anaplan Solutions Architect

Robert Half is recruiting for an Anaplan Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Anaplan solutions. The role will support large-scale digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving forecasting and financial planning across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation in a complex, fast-moving environment, influence executive decision-making, and shape the future of planning.

This is a remote role, with occasional trip to the Midlands office (once a month or once a quarter)

The Role

• Own the architecture of large-scale Anaplan implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

• Translate complex business requirements into efficient, driver-based forecasting solutions across finance use cases.

• Deliver planning models that integrate with the organisation's wider data strategy.

• Champion innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement in Anaplan development.

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities and use cases.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and demos with senior leaders and end users.

• Influence planning roadmaps and adoption strategies in leadership forums.

About You

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level Anaplan solutions.

• Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

• Strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience applying driver-based modelling.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership.

• Experience leading or mentoring model builders and cross-functional teams.

Paying up to £80,000 with bonus and excellent benefits!
