Analytics Translator - Freelance - Part-time - 4 months

Join our client's Digital team to bridge business needs and technology across AI & Analytics initiatives. You'll translate evolving requirements into actionable insights and dashboards, driving delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams (data scientists, data engineers).
• Translate requirements and "Legacy" asks into modern analytics solutions.
• Own end-to-end Power BI delivery: scoping, design, build, iterate, and handover.
• Manage project timelines and deliver ~3 key outcomes within the 3-4 month engagement.
• Lead stakeholder communication, alignment, and expectation management.
• Act as a BA/PO hybrid-prioritize work, define acceptance criteria, and ensure value realization.

Must-haves:

• Power BI expertise (core requirement); tools are flexible as long as outputs integrate with Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with technical teams (data scientists/engineers) and translate business needs.
• Agile mindset-proactive, open, and hands-on.
• Experience in analytics translation, BI, or data-focused (BA/PO) roles.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to automation, Copilot agents, or ML-driven products.
• Familiarity with supply-chain or digital operations environments.

Team context:

You'll be part of a Digital department (~25 people); core team of ~8 including data scientists/specialists and data engineers-business-facing and delivery-focused.
