Job Description

An exciting Associate Director, Analytics role with a global media and marketing organisation in London is looking for an experienced analytics leader to join their global insights team.

  • Based in London
  • Hybrid working - approx. 4 days a week in the office
  • Contract length: 2 months initially
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Up to £425pd
The Job

As the Associate Director, Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior analytics leadership to develop and roll out global measurement frameworks
  • Ensuring consistent media effectiveness and analytics approaches across regional and local markets
  • Leading campaign measurement, effectiveness analysis, and experimentation (brand and performance)
  • Developing standardised analytics tools and methodologies, including AI driven solutions
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Acting as a trusted day to day analytics contact for global clients
  • Advising teams on media platform testing, targeting, and measurement best practice
  • Managing third party measurement partners, including scopes of work and delivery
  • Working closely with data engineering teams on automation and integration strategies
  • Contributing to wider analytics and data strategy across the organisation
You
  • Strong quantitative background with a degree in a numerical or analytical discipline
  • Significant experience in analytics, measurement, or data science within media or marketing
  • Deep understanding of media effectiveness, incrementality, and experimentation methodologies
  • Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and experimental design
  • Confident working with large datasets and drawing robust conclusions
  • Proficient in SQL and Python or R
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities
  • Experience mentoring or leading others, with a collaborative and empathetic approach
