We are currently recruiting for an Analytics & Insight Lead to join our established and experienced CIO team here at Intact on a hybrid basis.

You'll make an impact by

The Analytics and Insight Lead will be responsible for defining the Analytics & Insights strategy and roadmap and defines and publishes standards, guardrails and controls for insights and analytics generation in RSA.

Working closely with, and in coordination with other CDO capabilities. Ensuring that Business stakeholder and analytics teams can derive maximum value from the data platform and analytics tooling. and overseeing the coordination of analytics efforts across RSA including developing and managing communities of practice.

The lead will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure that the data, tooling and services provided by the CDO team are aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and are scalable across the organization.

Key Parts of the job will include:

- Analytics & Insight Strategy: Define and drive the strategy for Analytics and insight generation, ensuring alignment with RSA's business goals and data strategy.

- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the delivery and evolution of analytic and insights capabilities, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Support & implement the new Hub and Spoke model, ensure roles and responsibilities are defined and understood. Collaborate with business units, data teams, and technology groups to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure we maximize adoption of the data platform and analytics tools for driving data-driven decision-making.

Your skills and experience

In the role we are looking for extensive experience in managing analytics and insight enablement particularly tools, process and operating models, with a proven track record of delivering successful adoption of analytics and insight best practices. In the Lead Role, we are looking for delivery experience and also work with strategy and planning.

We are looking for experience with driving best practice use and adoption of analytics tools such as PowerBI/Fabric, SQL, SAS and Data science tools such as Databricks with an understanding of how to leverage these platforms for advanced analytics. We are also looking for experience with Data Governance systems such as Collibra and Imformatica.

The role will also require excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and specifically analytics teams. It will also involve being able to be technical and non-technical when required with different audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements would be beneficial Proven ability to lead and mentor data teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence is also required.
