About the Role

Woozle Research is hiring an Analyst to join our Expert Connections Team (ECT) in our London office.

This is a full-time opportunity for high-potential talent who want to deepen their exposure to primary research and drive investment decision-making for top hedge funds and private equity firms.

You'll be at the forefront of research, conducting expert calls, extracting market-moving insights, and collaborating directly with clients. You'll be working with top financial services firms and consultancies, connecting them with the worlds top experts to provide the insights they need to get ahead.

What You'll Do

As an Analyst, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead primary research projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables within a team of analysts and graduate analysts
  • Guide and mentor graduate analysts on project execution and deliverable preparation
  • Communicate day-to-day with clients, providing progress updates and sharing new experts
  • Reach out to prospective experts and deliver compelling pitches using our communication and recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Bring strong self-confidence and a drive to consistently hit targets.
  • Collaborate with other Woozle Analysts serving clients to fulfil urgent, time-sensitive recruiting requests
  • Demonstrate outstanding business communication and talent-acquisition skills
  • Help to build and leverage Woozle's network to identify and attract world-class experts across diverse sectors

Who You Are

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who:

  • Has 1-3 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles
  • Has direct experience or a strong interest in primary research methodologies (expert interviews)
  • Brings excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients in a high-expectation environment
  • Be intellectually curious and commercially aware
  • Enjoy speaking to people and extracting insights
  • Confidence in making outbound cold calls when needed and various other outreach methods
  • Experience gained in a role where you have had outreach experience would be beneficial
  • Successful track record managing multiple, simultaneous complex tasks and working in team environments, within a professional environment
  • Thrive in a meritocratic, entrepreneurial culture
  • Be excited about learning how investment decisions are made
  • Ability to professionally manage resistance and consistently close recruits
  • Full business proficiency in English; another modern European language would be a bonus
