This role will be part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance team within Compliance that is in the overall Legal organization. The AML compliance program is global and covers the breadth of the AML-regulated products and services of Intuit Inc., and its regulated subsidiaries. The compliance ecosystem is maturing, and we are a hard-working, dedicated, and growing team that enjoys working together with various business units at Intuit to serve our customers' needs.

The AML Strategy and Program Governance Manager will report to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / AML Compliance Officer for Intuit and will assist in managing AML program governance, strategy, and oversight of the AML compliance program in support of the company's initiatives and regulated activities.

This role is hybrid, with on-site expectations of 3 days per week, to promote connection, belonging, creativity, innovation, speed, agility, and productivity.

1. Build and manage the AML policy governance program: design processes for annual review, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure policies are accessible, and oversee policy change management.
2. Assist in AML compliance program management: execute program activities and manage bank sponsor relationships.
3. Manage issue management and reporting: develop processes, socialize with stakeholders, and oversee internal reporting.

1. Drive AML compliance programs: forecast resources, conduct risk assessments, and report metrics to leadership.
2. Monitor AML program effectiveness: manage KPIs and ensure controls are incorporated in new products.
3. Develop quality control processes: ensure AML requirements are included in product launches.
4. Enhance AML operations: update policies, manage issues, and optimize processes.
5. Engage with regulators: support governance and compliance operations.
6. Promote AML compliance as a strategic advantage: enable growth and customer satisfaction.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits, with specific ranges based on location. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in AML compliance, 3 years in management, and 2 years engaging with audits. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is necessary, along with strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and operational experience, especially in fintech or banking environments. Certifications like CAMS, CFE, or ICA are preferred.

This position will be filled at the Manager or Senior Manager level based on experience.
