AML QC & Operations Lead: KYC, Monitoring & SAR

Cumberland seeks an AML Operations & Quality Control Program Manager to own and mature quality control testing across KYC, monitoring, SARs, case investigations, and settlements. You will lead KPI reporting, audit support, and program administration to ensure timely, regulator-ready outputs.

The role requires deep knowledge of BSA/AML controls, strong Excel skills, and experience with digital assets compliance. Hybrid or office-based work in London with global scope is expected.
