As an apprentice, you'll support the team responsible for overseeing and monitoring service providers across adult and children's services. You'll gain valuable experience in quality assurance, safeguarding, and contract monitoring while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the performance and quality of care providers
• Support monitoring, visits, and review processes
• Help gather and analyse data to ensure services meet required standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Work closely with colleagues, providers, and stakeholders
