Aladdin Business Analyst - Asset Management - Paris or Brussels

We are working with a leading global asset management organisation undertaking a major Aladdin platform conversion programme. They are seeking an experienced Aladdin Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation activities associated with the migration to the Aladdin platform.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of the conversion programme across front, middle, and Back Office functions.

Hybrid working 2-3 days at the office in Paris or Brussels

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Business Analyst within an Aladdin implementation/conversion programme.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to the Aladdin platform.

• Support the migration and conversion of data, workflows, and processes into Aladdin.

• Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems/processes and the Aladdin target model.

• Produce high-quality business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation.

• Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT, ensuring business scenarios are properly validated.

• Work closely with implementation teams to resolve issues during configuration, migration, and go-live phases.

• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on Aladdin workflows, data structures, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Aladdin implementations or conversion programmes.

• Strong understanding of the Aladdin platform and its core modules.

• Experience working within Asset Management/Investment Management environments.

• Solid understanding of front-to-back investment workflows, including portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations.

• Experience supporting data migration, system integration, or platform conversions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation.
