Air Separation Unit Plant Manager

• Ensuringthat the Leixlip ASU plant is operating safely and efficiently is part of this role
• You will manage and develop the ASU Engineers
• MaintainingLiquid stocks to meet customer demands is required
• Ensuringthat plant maintenance is kept up to date as per local legislation and companystandards
• Further ensuringthat the On-site Operations complies with SHEQ requirements is desired
• You will also ensure that workplace inspections are done and kept up to date
• Workingclosely with the ROC (Remote Operating Centre) for training and diagnosingproblems is required
• Reportingon a monthly basis on plant KPI's
• In addition you will provide call-in emergency cover for ASU production when required
• Liaisingwith the PSM (Product Supply Management) on scheduling
• Manage the plant budget

• You have the abilityto prioritize workload and manage projects effectively
• Knowledgeof process control, refrigeration and cooling water systems
• A high level of personalIntegrity, excellent communications and interpersonal skills is required
