The Opportunity

I'm currently partnering with a major global logistics provider to recruit an experienced Air Import & Export Gateway Coordinator to join their growing operations team.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced air freight gateway environment, you'll play a key role in managing both import and export flows, ensuring shipments move efficiently and compliantly through the network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating air import & export shipments from start to finish
• Handling gateway operations, consolidations, and deconsolidations
• Liaising with airlines, handling agents, and internal teams
• Ensuring all documentation and customs processes are accurate
• Monitoring shipments and resolving any operational issues

What We're Looking For

• Experience in air freight imports and/or exports (essential)
• Strong understanding of gateway operations
• Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
