Aids & Adaptations Surveyor: Site Assessments & Budgets

Carrington West is seeking an Aids and Adaptations Surveyor to manage referrals and oversee properties suitable for necessary adaptations for disabled council tenants. You will work closely with occupational therapists and contractors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality adaptations while adhering to budget and compliance regulations.

The ideal candidate should have public sector experience, relevant qualifications, and a solid understanding of Building Regulations. This is a 5-month initial contract in Central Bedfordshire.
