AI4Dev Service Owner/Long-Term Contract/Hybrid/600 € per day

Endeavour Recruitment is seeking an experienced AI4Dev Service Owner to lead and evolve a centrally managed AI4Dev service supporting software development teams. This is an excellent long-term contract opportunity for someone passionate about AI, developer experience, and service ownership.

Applicants must be citizens of an EU member state and have the legal right to work in Luxembourg.

Hybrid: Onsite will be required at times in Luxembourg or Brussels

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI4Dev service roadmap, strategy, and continuous evolution.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs and maximise service value.
• Drive user adoption by building an engaged developer community and gathering continuous feedback.
• Define and monitor KPIs, reporting on service performance and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the service meets developer needs (this is not a hands-on software development role).
• Identify opportunities to enhance the service through AI and GenAI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager managing digital services or platforms (experience within AI-related services is highly desirable).
• Proven experience managing the full life cycle of digital services.
• Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills.
• Experience defining and delivering product or service roadmaps.
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agentic IDEs.
• Experience working with AI platforms or developer experience products.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above).

Desirable Skills

• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
• ITIL certification or experience.
• Working knowledge of French.
