• Experience: Minimum 3 years testing backend or middleware applications, with a proven track record in integration and system level testing.
• Database validation: Experience with Oracle and MySQL database validation to ensure data consistency and integrity across system interfaces.
• AI testing and automation: Hands on experience with AI testing tools (automated test generation, anomaly detection) and active contribution to building or improving AI agents to enhance testing processes.
• Test design and execution: Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive integration test plans and test cases covering functional and technical flows across heterogeneous systems; track and improve automation coverage with measurable metrics.
• Linux and root cause analysis: Daily work in Linux (Red Hat VMs) including shell scripting, log analysis, process management, troubleshooting, and deep root cause analysis.
• Defect management and reporting: Identify, document, and track defects; validate fixes through structured regression testing; produce detailed test reports, metrics, risk assessments, and actionable insights.
• Collaboration and domain knowledge: Collaborate closely with Development and DevOps to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; experience in banking or brokerage systems is strongly preferred;
• French is desirable.
