We're Advanced Field Solutions (AFS)-a SaaS company helping field service teams (like London Underground) manage mobile jobs, engineers, and reporting. Headquartered in Dublin with teams in Spain and Poland, we're now launching -a lighter, smarter solution aimed at SME service businesses.

We're building a focused AI-first team in Spain to help us scale it. You'll have direct access to the CEO, real influence, and tools that move fast.

We're looking for a confident, curious communicator to take the AI-fueled work from your teammate and turn it into real business traction. You'll build customer journeys, deliver compelling demos, and shape the early sales playbook for .

Your Mission

• Learn how our product works inside and out-especially the AI-enhanced features
• Deliver sharp, confident product demos over Zoom or in-person
• Work closely with your teammate to turn data experiments into usable sales campaigns
• Build and maintain a list of high-fit prospects
• Help shape pitch decks, landing pages, onboarding, and CRM systems

You Are

• Articulate and persuasive-great on calls, in emails, or live demos
• Curious and not afraid to learn new tools or technical systems
• Excited about AI, SaaS, and helping customers understand new products
• Not just a script reader-you want to help shape the message
• Fluent in English, bonus if you speak Spanish
