Job Description

Take ideas from inception to release, working closely with product and research engineers to reshape how infrastructure gets built. What you will do

• Drive the design and implementation of AI features across nPlan's product set, taking ideas from inception to release.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Research Engineers to integrate cutting edge AI solutions into production systems.
• Experiment with new models and apply multiple ML/LLM approaches to extract meaningful insights from complex graph data.

The ideal candidate

• Has shipped LLM and generative AI based applications to production, with experience in evaluation and the development lifecycle of LLM features.
• Is proficient in Python, building APIs, and cloud based backends, possessing a strong technical foundation for problem solving.
• Keeps up to date with the latest AI developments, thrives on intellectual challenge, and is comfortable navigating initial ambiguity to find certainty.
