Job Summary

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement Agentic AI models and systems, focusing on turning data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and Agentic AI techniques. This role involves working with both structured and unstructured data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deploying AI solutions in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on development of maintainable and high-quality Back End code (Python)

Hands-on development of Agentic AI applications.

Advanced data analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.

Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.

Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency (scalable, reliable, and well-maintained)

Document processes, models, and key learnings & contribute to building internal AI capabilities

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's in operations research, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field.

Advanced expertise in Python and familiarity with database systems (eg SQL, NoSQL, Graph).

Proficiency in Gen AI tools AWS Bedrock

Full understanding of Agentic systems and workflows.

Experience productionizing GenAI services and working with complex datasets.

Advanced Experience developing APIs with Python (eg using FastAPI) and deploying them to production.

Full familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of software development, algorithms, optimization, and scaling.

Excellent communication and business analysis skills.

Software development Experience (egReact JS)
