AI-Driven HR Optimisation Manager - EMEA, Hybrid

Forwardrole in London is seeking an HR Optimization Manager for an initial eight-week contract to support the EMEA People & Culture function. The role is hybrid (2 days per week) and pays £500-£550 per day.

You will act as right-hand to the EMEA CPO, drive HR process improvements, implement AI tools, shape the operating model, run key projects end-to-end, and build dashboards that tell the story of HR impact across the business.
