Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a AI Delivery Lead to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

Proven leadership experience in managing AI projects (ideally in Financial Services) across different time zones on a global scale
Experience in mobilising AI projects - aligning priorities to measurable business outcomes and clear benefits tracking
Understand and communicate core AI technologies keeping abreast of latest changes and innovations
Work with data teams to validate model outputs, data quality and performance metrics
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and AI driven innovation within existing systems and processes
Strong understanding of AI technologies and data lifecycle management
Experience of using a wide variety of methods including Waterfall, Agile (e.g. Scrum, DSDM, ASD, etc.), to deliver change
You lead the development of new intellectual capital and upskill the team to meet future business demands.
You provide an expert OGB-wide view to optimise links between structure, people and processes.
