AI CHANGE LEAD - CONTRACT - 7 MONTHS - PHARMACEUTICALS - FULL TIME - 01/09/2026 START DATE - REMOTE

Role Overview

Lead the people side of an enterprise AI transformation programme, ensuring successful adoption through change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the AI Change and Adoption Strategy.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and leadership teams.
• Create communications, key messaging, FAQs, and adoption guidance.
• Support executive governance forums and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate AI learning, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Build and manage an AI Champions community.
• Plan and support AI-focused events and engagement activities.
• Track programme risks, issues, and adoption progress.
• Produce regular status updates and reports for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading change and adoption within AI, digital, or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with organisational change management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, or AI adoption programmes is highly desirable.
