Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Claude.
  • Automate processes across a range of tools including GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (project management), Slack (communication), and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI-powered solutions into day-to-day operations.
  • Translate existing SOPs and manual processes into efficient, scalable workflows.
  • Maintain clean documentation and version control to ensure clarity and transparency.
  • Refactor outdated automations into a robust, modern low-code stack.
  • Uphold best practices for automation consistency, governance, and usability across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience building low-code/no-code automations (e.g. Zapier, n8n, ).
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling.
  • Experience working with tools such as GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Skilled at building automations that incorporate LLM responses and decision-based logic.
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows - systems that can act, respond, and self-correct.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in a remote-first environment.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in JavaScript or prior experience in AI product environments.
