AI & Data Test Assurance Manager - Remote (UK)

This role is for an AI & Data Test Assurance Manager on an Outside IR35 contract, remote in the UK, with a focus on testing audit, controls, and assurance in complex systems. Key skills include AI testing, compliance, and experience in the pharmaceutical domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test assurance across AI, data, and platform services, including audit, controls, and governance
• Design and execute testing for observability and monitoring of LLMs and agent based systems
• Oversee agent and data privacy control testing, with a strong focus on IDAM (human and agentic identities)
• Provide QA assurance across environment, platform, and infrastructure, including geographical data location and protection controls
• Manage multi party test phases, working with DevSecOps teams and third party products and suppliers
• Develop and maintain Test Assurance Frameworks in complex, large scale environments
• Work alongside multiple development teams to embed quality and assurance throughout delivery
• Support delivery within a SAFe / Agile framework

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience or understanding of testing audit, controls, and assurance in complex systems
• Hands on experience with AI, data, or advanced analytics testing
• Proven background in test assurance framework development
• Experience working in large, multi team and multi supplier environments
• Solid understanding of security, privacy, and identity controls
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and/or DORA regulations would be advantageous
• Experience as a Test Lead within a pharmaceutical domain would be extremely beneficial
• Comfortable operating in scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery models
