Requirements

• AI and automation specialists with practical delivery experience for small and medium sized business clients.
• Expertise in workflow and admin automation using tools such as Power Automate and RPA.
• Experience building custom apps and internal tools, including dashboards, client portals and lightweight applications using AI assisted development and Power Apps.
• Experience rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot and helping businesses use everyday AI features effectively.
• Experience with customer facing AI solutions such as chatbots and automated enquiry or lead handling.
• Knowledge of content and marketing AI including copy, social, email campaigns and proposals.
• Document and data processing experience, including extracting, summarising and structuring information with AI.
• Evidence of delivery; CV profile, a limited company and an AI and automation background suitable for evaluation.

• Deliver practical AI solutions that produce real, usable outcomes for small and medium sized business clients.
• Automate workflows and admin processes such as invoicing, data entry, scheduling and email handling.
• Build bespoke internal tools, dashboards, client portals and lightweight apps rapidly.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts and help clients get value from existing AI features.
• Develop customer facing AI solutions such as chatbots and automated enquiry or lead handling.
• Create AI enabled content and marketing outputs, including copy, social content, email campaigns and proposals.
• Process documents and data by extracting, summarising and structuring information with AI.
• Work within structured delivery engagements with clear acceptance criteria, documentation and proper handover.

Our client TheGuvnr is a new UK marketplace platform launching this summer, helping small and medium sized businesses hire industry leading contractors under structured delivery engagements. We are recruiting a founding cohort of AI and automation specialists ahead of a pipeline of engagements with UK SMEs that want practical AI which delivers a return, not science projects that stall after the pilot. Engagements are typically £500 600 per day, outside IR35, with UK hybrid or remote working and contract lengths from a few weeks to several months. We offer structured delivery, clear acceptance criteria and proper oversight so that what gets built is documented, maintainable and handed over properly.
