We are currently recruiting for two Agriculture Lecturers to join a well-established Further Education provider in Ipswich on a full-time temporary basis, starting as soon as possible, ideally from 1st September 2026.

Lecturer in Agriculture (Arable & Machinery)

Lecturer in Agriculture (Livestock)

In these roles, you will deliver engaging and practical lessons to Level 3 and above learners, supporting students in developing the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers within the agricultural sector.

Role Details

• Full-time temporary assignment
• 10-week contract
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Teaching Level 3 and above learners
• Competitive hourly rates available
• Based in Ipswich

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Relevant Agriculture qualifications
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS or equivalent)
• Recent industry experience within either:
• Arable Farming & Machinery, or
• Livestock Management
• Previous Further Education teaching experience (preferred)
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
