Agriculture Director - Wales, SW England & Cambridgeshire

Nationwide is seeking an Agriculture Director to lead and grow our agricultural banking presence across South Wales, South West England and Cambridgeshire. The role requires travel within the region and active collaboration with the Agricultural Sector Leadership Team to drive growth and manage risk.

You will work in a hybrid setup with support from a strong Nationwide network, helping farmers navigate finance, sustainability and net-zero goals while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
