My client is a UK Top 50 firm, recognized for their bespoke approach to legal advice and partnerships with a range of enviable clients and HNW individuals. Their agricultural property department is seeking a mid-to-senior level solicitor to join their award-winning team. From day one, you can expect to work with clients on all aspects of rural real estate, including renewable energy, equestrian, natural capital, environmental liabilities, and more.

The workload is varied and includes matters such as:

1. Sales and acquisitions
2. Agricultural tenancies
3. Sporting and fishing rights
4. Banking and re-financing
5. Succession planning
6. Diversification issues
7. Tenancy advice for farming and estate clients
