Agile Delivery Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to provide hands-on technical delivery support within a fast-paced, complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile settings and is passionate about enabling teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for technical teams, facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Provide day-to-day delivery support, helping to unblock issues and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
• Bridge communication between contractors, technical colleagues, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Coach and enable teams to adopt agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support delivery of technical initiatives such as expanding data integrations, improving data pipelines, and integrating with national digital platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in agile delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager).
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in technically complex environments with multiple contractors and delivery partners.
• Experience in public sector or healthcare data projects is a plus but not essential.
