AXA Global Healthcare is hiring a Broker Sales Consultant to join our Intermediary Sales team. You'll own and grow a portfolio of intermediaries and brokers, using strong account management skills to build lasting relationships while promoting our Global Healthcare Insurance policies.
As a Sales Consultant you will look after your own accounts (a portfolio of Intermediaries and Brokers). With great exposure to the intermediary market, this is a perfect role for someone wanting to develop and progress into relationship management, consultative sales and intermediary management. The Sales Consultant role provides opportunity to build networks and has a track record of developing individuals into more senior roles. As part of the role you will travel within Europe.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:- Selling Global Healthcare Insurance via brokers/intermediaries and ensuring customer needs are met to achieve your individual targets.
- Confident interaction with our customers delivering expert management of contact and query resolution.
- Selling products designed for high net worth individuals.
- Accurate creation and maintenance of customer records and appropriate escalation when needed.
- Building and managing a portfolio with new and existing brokers.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supporting broker visits to execute the sales strategy within the EU.
- Using all relevant and related systems to accurately capture and maintain customer data on relevant CRM tool and databases.

About You What we're looking for:- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are desirable.
- Experience of working within Sales and or Account Management is preferable but not essential.
- Strong relationship skills to develop long term relationships with brokers.
- Aptitude for managing day to day broker relationships.
- Comfortable presenting product updates, innovations, and ideas
- Ability to navigate complex, multiple IT applications at one time.
- Great organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the EU.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
