About the Opportunity

I am currently partnering with a global consulting organisation supporting a leading social media platform, and we are looking for a Dutch speaking Agency Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high performing team within a fast paced digital marketing environment.

This is a people first leadership role where you will guide a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers, driving performance, revenue, and customer success across a portfolio of agencies and advertisers. You will play a key role in scaling operations, improving processes, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
• Drive team performance against revenue targets and KPIs
• Coach individuals to deliver best in class sales and account management
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and customer outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to scale operations and solve customer challenges
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s
• Support hiring and development of top talent within the team
• Ensure all client SLAs and quality standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading a sales or account management team
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing and agency landscape
• Track record of driving revenue growth and managing high performing teams
• Experience working with agencies and advertisers at scale
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• Fluent Dutch and English

What's on Offer

• Salary: €54,000 base
• OTE: -40%
• Hybrid working (Dublin based)
• Start dates: June 8th or July 6th
