Agency Sales & Trading Leader - Hybrid & Growth

Fix Radio is seeking a Head of Agency Sales & Trading to join the executive team in a hybrid role, based in Vauxhall. You will own agency revenue strategy, build out the department, and lead a high performing team across networks and independent agencies.

You will drive commercial growth, manage budgets, mentor the agency team, and partner with creative solutions to maximize revenue. The role combines leadership, data storytelling, and market insight in a fast paced media business.
