Duties

• Nursing care of adults with ID conditions in a residential setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Medication management
• Nursing assessments, completing and updating care plans
• Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in ID or General Nursing, and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
