Agency Chef - Northampton

About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Agency Chefs to join our team, supporting various sites across Northampton. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for chefs seeking varied work within different environments such as care homes, schools, hotels, and contract catering sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals in line with site requirements
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety (in line with HACCP)
• Working efficiently within a team or independently depending on the site
• Adapting quickly to new kitchens and environments
• Ensuring all dietary and allergen requirements are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef (Chef de Partie level or above preferred)
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum)
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and in different environments
• Own chef whites and knives preferred
• Enhanced DBS is desirable (we can assist with this if needed)
