Aftersales Parts & Customer Care Specialist

Bobcat Northampton is seeking a Customer Service & Parts Specialist to support our dealer network as the primary contact for commercial enquiries, orders, and issue resolution. You will help grow parts sales, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service and availability.

You will work with supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance and sales to ensure accurate orders, on-time deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
