PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will discover and contribute to a key department of a car manufacturer: Aftersales, by supporting the heads of aftersales sectors and the dealers of the French network on various business operations.

The position requires good coordination of activities internally (collaboration with marketing, technical, quality service, network development, etc.) and externally.


RESPONSABILITIES

Aftersales Operation & Performance:

  • Participate in the optimization of the MG France processes through IT tools, implementation of automated processes to enhance proficiency.
  • Track and share Aftersales performance using tools like Power BI.
  • Organize weekly and monthly meetings for the Aftersales team.


Parts & Accessories:

  • Support the deployment and promotion of the product range.
  • Create and update sales and marketing materials (price lists, videos, brochures, e-learning, etc.).
  • Conduct benchmarks across networks.
  • Analyze sales data and produce performance reports.


Aftersales Communication:

  • Assist with seasonal and product-specific communication campaigns.
  • Support monthly CRM campaign execution (if needed).
  • Update the Aftersales section on the MG Motor France website.
  • Create reports on marketing and communication performance.
  • Respond to network and internal team requests.
  • Manage customer claims related to Aftersales.



PROFILE

  • Master's level Business or Engineer school, gap year, end-of-study internship.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and the entire office package.
  • Strong data analysis and processing ability, good command of analysis software and formulation related.
  • Fluent English & French
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with professionals in different cultures
  • The spirit of analysis, rigor, strength of proposal, autonomy, teamwork and curiosity will be the essential character traits to carry out your missions


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Convention required
  • Starting in July 2025, full-time internship for 6 months
