Aftersales Advisor: Service & Parts Expert

Lookers Limited, Sudbury Ford, is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join the service team at Sudbury Ford. The role involves working 42 hours per week across Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with Saturdays on a rota from 8am to 12pm, at a salary of £29,000 to £32,000 basic plus bonus.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, arrange services, MOTs and repairs, and support the Parts team while ensuring stock accuracy and timely processing of orders.
