In this role, you will be the central contact for all technical and commercial questions related to after-sales service and actively contribute to the sustainability of our main responsibilities. Central contact for all After Sales inquiries in French-speaking Switzerland, visiting clients to analyze existing situations and propose suitable solutions. Proactive sales of renewals, extensions, and maintenance (up-selling and follow-up on After Sales offers) and follow-up on their internal implementation (project management, close collaboration with service technicians and systems). Support for claims: processing claims, updating and tracking After Sales orders in the system. Active contribution to customer loyalty through personalized and proactive support. Management of master data (items) and projects in the ERP system (Navision). Your basic technical training (e.g., electrician, electromechanical technician, polymechanic), ideally complemented by experience in after-sales service, technical support, or internal sales. Good technical understanding and interest in systems, solution-oriented skills in customer contact. Sense of autonomy and team spirit. Proactive personality with a developed business sense. Very good knowledge of French, spoken and written; proficiency in German is an advantage in a technical or industrial environment. Reliability, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
