Africa Project Quality & Food Safety Lead

SAB is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Project Quality to support the Africa Zone. This role involves significant travel across Africa, ensuring governance of quality and food safety in commercialisation projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, with knowledge in brewing and quality management systems. Responsibilities include conducting supplier audits, managing quality requirements, and proposing continuous improvements.
