What you will do:

• Support the placements team in identifying and matching children and young people to foster carers.
• Work collaboratively with the duty worker and placements officer to ensure efficient and effective foster care placements.
• Conduct assessments and provide expert advice to foster carers, ensuring all care meets the highest safeguarding standards.
• Develop comprehensive care plans for each child to promote their welfare and development within the foster care system.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and interventions, adhering to all relevant legislation and policies.
• Provide ongoing support and development to foster carers, empowering them to deliver the best possible care.
