Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Location: Horley PCN GP Surgery, Surrey

Salary: £54,000 - £58,000 (pro-rata for part-time)

Hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible, 20-37.5 hours/week)

Contract: Permanent

We are a friendly, forward thinking Primary Care Network (PCN) GP surgery in Horley seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. • Conduct autonomous consultations for undifferentiated acute and chronic conditions, including history taking, diagnosis, and management plans.
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice, in line with NICE guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., bloods, ECGs) and refer appropriately to secondary care.
• Support minor illness clinics, health promotion, and long term condition management.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated PCN services.
• Maintain accurate patient records using SystmOne or similar systems.

• Registered Nurse with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) and non medical prescriber qualification.
• At least 2 years' post qualification experience in primary care or urgent care.
• Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and evidence based approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; IT proficiency essential.
