Job Description

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum NHS pension, Funded Development + Own Room

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join a friendly, supportive, and forward thinking GP surgery in Burton on Trent. The surgery has been through a period of positive change under new leadership, creating a collaborative and welcoming team culture.

You'll be working in a purpose built, recently refurbished surgery with a highly skilled multi disciplinary team, including GPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, and Care Coordinators. The practice places a strong focus on staff wellbeing, development, and continuous improvement, with funded training and dedicated admin time built into the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACP who enjoys acute, on the day care, is passionate about high quality patient outcomes, and wants to develop a specialist interest within a supportive environment.

Salary - £45,000 - £60,000 FTE (DOE) + NHS Pension + 5 weeks AL (pro rata) + Study Leave
Location - Gordon Street Surgery, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2JA

Your Role -

  • Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) - 30 hours per week across 3 days.
  • Focus on acute, same day appointments
  • Minimum 15 minute appointment slots with dedicated admin time
  • Core hours 08:30-18:30
  • Independent Prescriber (or working towards)
  • Supported by an experienced, multi disciplinary team
