Adult's Social Worker/Care Manager, Care Management Team, Derby Pay rate - £31 per hour Contract role, Care Management Team Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in the East Midlands. This is to work in an Care Management Team in Derby, so will involve

• To undertake statutory duties on behalf of the LA including Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews.

• Adult Safeguarding allocations, MCA 2005 assessments and to take part in the duty rota one day a week.
